From beginning to end my experience at Dr Shapiro’s office has far exceeded my expectations. He and all of his staff were always so warm, friendly and accommodating. My braces came off sooner then projected and I am in love with my new smile. I appreciated the zero wait time at every visit and on the ones I had to bring my toddler to the staff always joked with him and gave him a balloon which made having to bring him so much easier for me. All around an unbelievably talented orthodontist and set of staff that I will be recommending to all!

We are here on vacation and my son’s braces wire broke and was poking him. The doctors here saw us the day I called, despite being very last-minute and helped us in less than five minutes to make my son feel more comfortable. They were very kind and accommodating, and I am very appreciative. The office is very clean, the games for the waiting room are super fun and it was hard to get my kids to break away from them, there is complementary coffee that actually tastes great and the doctors and staff are very nice.

Orthodontic Specialists of Sunset Hills provided us with an exceptional experience and corrected my son's teeth very quickly. It was easy to get appointment times that worked for our schedule and there was never a wait. The size of this office made the experience feel personal and the staff and doctor got to know us. This was a huge change from another care provider I used for my older son and I wish I would have brought him here. I highly recommend Orthodontic Specialists of Sunset Hills.

I went to Dr Shapiro for ortho treatment as an adult and all 3 of my kiddos also go Orthodontic Specialists but to Dr Seim. Both orthodontists are perfectionists and very down to earth. The technicians are also of the highest quality as well as the support staff. I am so thankful for this office!

The office and staff were awesome! I brought my son for a consultation to see what was needed to get him started on straightening his teeth. He's only 7 years old so I wasn't sure if anything could be done this early on, but Mindy was amazing at explaining everything to me and taking xrays of his teeth for us to see what she was saying. I went to Dr. Shapiro when I was 13-14 years old for my orthodontic work and had a great experience so I wanted to bring my son there as well. I can 100% say that they are still just as amazing and helpful as they were 20 years ago. I definitely recommend their services. They don't try to upsell anything or get you to do work that's not needed. They lay out the facts, provide you with the numbers and let you decide from there. It's so nice considering so many other places (any dental/health specialist, not just orthodontists) are not that way.

I've been getting my treatment here for about a year now and I have nothing but good things to say about the whole office staff. Everyone is very gentle, friendly and transparent about your treatment plan. Mindy was great in helping us figure out w financial plan that worked best for us and explained everything thoroughly in that department. I had braces for 3 years as a teen and I have to say the experience this time around with Dr. Siem has been so much more pleasant. Katy, Daniela and Brenda are great as well. Absolutely no complaints!

Prompt and compassionate care from Dr Shapiro and all staff I was in contact with. First visit there after a traumatic accident and they put me at ease with their positive attitude. Even all the patients in the comfortable waiting area seemed happy. Update after 1 year: first impressions were confirmed. As I near the end, a painful situation has changed to a nice one. Heather has been careful to reduce my anxiety with humor, and has been gentle when working on my fractured teeth. I really appreciate it.

Amazing experience! Was able to get a free consultation within two weeks, the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to remove my permanent retainer and fit me for a new one all within 1 hour!! Reasonable prices too. Highly recommend! Office is very clean and they have TV’s at each dental chair too 🙂

I’ve been going here since September last year and everyone is so nice and helpful. Especially the doctor there is the kindest person I’ve ever met she always is so helpful and always in a good mood. I love this place because they’re very fast and good at their job.

Went for a consultation this morning after reading great reviews on Facebook and Yelp. The office is very inviting and the staff is awesome! The equipment is state of the art and Mindy thoroughly explained everything as she took me through the evaluation and x-ray process. Dr. Shapiro was very friendly and professional as he did the evaluation and explained my treatment plan. Mindy then went through all my options, pros and cons of each approach and patiently answered all of my questions. Nothing was rushed and I did not feel pressured at any time. My experience was certainly representative of the great reviews I've read on FB and Yelp. I also beat my husband playing the Connect Four game in play area for the kids, so there is that, LOL!
