I've been getting my treatment here for about a year now and I have nothing but good things to say about the whole office staff. Everyone is very gentle, friendly and transparent about your treatment plan. Mindy was great in helping us figure out w financial plan that worked best for us and explained everything thoroughly in that department. I had braces for 3 years as a teen and I have to say the experience this time around with Dr. Siem has been so much more pleasant. Katy, Daniela and Brenda are great as well. Absolutely no complaints!

Prompt and compassionate care from Dr Shapiro and all staff I was in contact with. First visit there after a traumatic accident and they put me at ease with their positive attitude. Even all the patients in the comfortable waiting area seemed happy. Update after 1 year: first impressions were confirmed. As I near the end, a painful situation has changed to a nice one. Heather has been careful to reduce my anxiety with humor, and has been gentle when working on my fractured teeth. I really appreciate it.

Amazing experience! Was able to get a free consultation within two weeks, the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to remove my permanent retainer and fit me for a new one all within 1 hour!! Reasonable prices too. Highly recommend! Office is very clean and they have TV’s at each dental chair too 🙂

I’ve been going here since September last year and everyone is so nice and helpful. Especially the doctor there is the kindest person I’ve ever met she always is so helpful and always in a good mood. I love this place because they’re very fast and good at their job.

Went for a consultation this morning after reading great reviews on Facebook and Yelp. The office is very inviting and the staff is awesome! The equipment is state of the art and Mindy thoroughly explained everything as she took me through the evaluation and x-ray process. Dr. Shapiro was very friendly and professional as he did the evaluation and explained my treatment plan. Mindy then went through all my options, pros and cons of each approach and patiently answered all of my questions. Nothing was rushed and I did not feel pressured at any time. My experience was certainly representative of the great reviews I've read on FB and Yelp. I also beat my husband playing the Connect Four game in play area for the kids, so there is that, LOL!

I’ve had an amazing experience here every time I visit. The staff is incredibly dedicated and professional, and the orthodontist I’ve seen is exceptional. The office is well-organized, and my treatments always go smoothly. I highly recommend this place!

The waiting room has lots of games and activities to keep kids occupied. The staff were helpful and friendly. Dr Shapiro was great with my 10 year old while also being efficient.

Dr. Shapiro is a badass! If I could give 10 stars, it wouldn't be enough. I'm a clinical therapist and I value patient care. Dr. Shapiro's team has become like family. They're all so kind and welcoming, and I never leave without great conversation. They mean a LOT to me. I had prostate surgery in March, and I received a get well soon card from his team. That will ALWAYS mean a lot to me. He didn't cut any corners and he made sure I was happy with the finished product. Tracy, Brenda, the entire office staff.....family! I would send ANYONE to be cared for by Dr. Shapiro, and it doesn't surprise me that many of my friends have been patients of his. We have sent three of our children to be cared for by Dr. Shapiro. It's bigger than the work. He really cares for people and it shows. Thank you for the smile my 16 year old self needed, but couldn't afford.

We are very satisfied with the orthodontic treatment for my son. He got braces here, and the treatment worked very well. The orthodontist and staff were professional, caring, and always helpful throughout the process. They explained everything clearly and made each visit a positive experience. What a great office with great staff who are fast, nice, and always smiling! Tracy gets to know the patients and families personally, Jess has always been awesome to work with, the office is clean and efficient!
